Happy Merdeka Day!!

31st August 2010

Yay, on this day, Malaysia is celebrating it's 53 years of independence!
I just want to wish that Malaysia will be forever peaceful and may we have a great, great successful years ahead.

Now that I'm leaving my country, 31st August this year has become so special to me. Regardless how much I complains about Malaysia and its people, I just realized that we can never find another country so special.

Sure we don't have great movies like Hollywood does, we don't have great musics like Korean does, and we don't have discipline like Japanese people does (yet). But we have something more valuable than any of those, here. We have wonderful blend of different races and cultures, and we can still live harmoniously.

I just hope that in the near future, all of us can live peacefully together, no more discriminating, no more fighting and no more being suspicious towards one another.

I believe that we can work together to change Malaysia to become a better place. This is our home, this is where we belong.

Thank you Malaysia for giving me everything I needed and for making me a person I am today.
I promise I'll repay your kindness back ^^

love you, muahhs!

My Anime Crush??

Can someone fall in love with an anime?
for sho!
they're perfect, funny, strong and absolutely good lookin'! like, duhh~ cause they're not 'REAL' anyway...

these are some of my anime crushes,

1. Robin (Teen Titans)

Robin is the leader of teenage superheroes group, Teen Titans. He's cool, and yet, very funny at the same time. I like his hair! ^^ and his voice is soo cool, but the 'boy' behind the voice is a 39-year old man named Scott Menville! Damn.. he does sound so.. 17-yish..
tadaa!!~

2.
Danny Phantom (Danny Phantom)

Danny Phantom with cool ghost power. I think Danny Phantom is very cute, it's weird how they portrayed him as unpopular-lame kid in the show. I think in the real world, girls would deff go for him.

man, they should have drawn him like this..^^

3. Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Edward is my fav Japanese anime, eventhough he looks European. Unlike others, he's more serious and mature, but he does have some funny moments too!

hot, hot, hot!!

4. Prince Zuko (Avatar)

Prince Zuko from Avatar is my recent fav anime. He's a bad guy but he's not really bad. He's pretty sweet and romantic -yah, he does have a girlfriend and I'm freaking jealous!

and when I heard that Avatar's gonna be a live action movie, the only thing that i'm lookin forward is; who's gonna play Prince Zuko?

and there you have it,

NooooOOOOOOOOoooo!!!!! o_O

I've been thinking so hard to find the fifth one, but i couldn't. looks like I only have four Anime Crush at this moment..
notice that I don't have a single 'cute-cute emoticon' on this post, well, I'm struggling to type using the new keyboard and it kinda limiting my ability to switch between tabs.. ok-this is pretty-hard to explain- so, yeah..

Korean Addiction is Dangerous!!~

Some of my friends are getting extreme Korean addiction. seriously.
MyEm0.Com
I used to be a Korean addict too, like... 2 years ago?? Funny story..
It started in my old hostel, when cutie pie Aisyah Cacah, showed me this Japanese movie 'Battle Royale'

The movie is all about
killing your friends, killing your teacher, killing your high school crush
blood, bomb, knife, riffle guns, headless body, cute boys, brutal girls..
damn.. wonder how I survived watching that movie..
like seriously, we all feel like 'floating around' after that - or is it just me??MyEm0.Com

Okayz, so i went home during the holidays
and I really wanted to show the movie to my sisters
and after searching and digging every part of the internet,
-yeah, illegal movie hunt, baby!-
Finally, I found the movie on Mysoju.com,
a heaven for all those K-drama and K-movies addicts,
which I never knew about it before.
so, I watched the movie again with my sisters, and
yeah, have to go through all those

blood, bomb, screams, headless body, killings
ect ect.. again.
MyEm0.Com

So, is that why I'm addicted to Korean? Nope!
actually after that, I browsed all the movies they have in Mysoju
just to find any good things to watch, and I found this;

~Attack on The Pin Up Boys~

The only reason why I watched this movie is because Super Junior is the main cast.
I didn't know who the heck is Suju at that time
but I thought if the movie has a popular Korean band in it,
it must be very funny and cute.
So, like usual, I dragged my fellow sisters to watch it with me.MyEm0.Com

So, the story was.. unexpected but still entertaining.
So, Super Junior Kim Kibum grabbed my attention
and I started looking for info's and stuff about him on the net
and it brought me back to
Super Junior.

Super Junior supposed to have only 13 members,
but in the picture above, Hee Chul and Kibum seems to duplicate themselves,
Idk why..lols

So, their catchy songs and their pretty faces seems to lure me to know more about them and...
voila'! I got myself a Korean addiction!
MyEm0.Com
My addiction to SUJU at that moment also leads me to
love other boy bands like
Big Bang, SS501, DBSK,
Shinee, U-Kiss, 2PM
and lots and lots more,
since new groups emerged like every minute in Korea..

I also cause my sisters to have the same K-pop obsession,
they even learnt to speak and write in Korean MyEm0.Com

My roomate, -sorry Nazihah..kekekeke,-
at first was not very fond of K-pop like me,
she said she didn't prefer songs in language she couldn't understand.
I tried my best to drag her to like Korean songs, but it didn't seems to work~
so, in our room,
it's like two separated cultures existed.
Korean songs from my laptop
Malay songs from her laptop

MyEm0.Com
Unfortunately, she also got that 'Korean addicted' virus
=EVEN more Extreme than mine.=
It all started when she watched that so-famous K-drama,

~BOys Over FloWers~

I think she really enjoyed this series.
She screamed, MyEm0.Com
she laughed,MyEm0.Com
she gasped,MyEm0.Com
she blushed,MyEm0.Com
she cried in joy,MyEm0.Com

like all through the 24-episodes.

and she's really, really, extremely, deeply, madly, crazily, deadly, dangerously,
in with SS501 hottie,

~Kim Hyun Joong~

and my other fellow friend, Mimi also got Korean sickness from watching the same drama
and she's also totally obsessed with other SS501 member, Kim Hyung Jun

She even bought a ticket to meet him on this 28th August. She's dead excited about it, it's written all over her Facebook wall. I could totally understand how she feels,
like when Tokio Hotel came to Malaysia,MyEm0.Com!!!

and my two Korean-addicted friends here have becoming a fluent Korean speaker
It has been hard for me to communicate with them lately.

Mimi: Dongseng-ah, unni just watch Hyung Jun oppa singing just now.. waa, soo cute!!
Nazihah: unni, dongseng love it also, saranghaeyo!!~
me: [.....] Ok, translation here? MyEm0.Com

and there's my old friend, who I haven't met since we left middle school
has become a Korean lover too
I remember her used to listen to ONLY English songs o_0
Now, even her name is spelled in Korean letters

and some of my juniors-boys- are so in love with SNSD aka Girl's Generation,

boy A : I love Yoona!
boy B : You take Yoona, but Sunny is mine!
boy C : What are you guys talking about?? Jessica is the best!
boy D : I love Gee and Oh!! I dance to the songs every night before I sleep!
me : (for God sake, don't you guys listen to My Chemical Romance or Linkin Park anymore??)

There's no reason to be freak out by this Korean Obsession. I totally understand how people can love K-pop so much; their songs are catchy, their dances are energetic, their MV's are fun, their looks are mesmerizing and ..........so so much more.

MyEm0.Com just... don't try to look like a 'Korean wannabe' so much..
remember, we are still Malaysian, people! ^^

i love Malaysian songs too!
MyEm0.Combye~bye!

Poppy, a story of baby bunny

Okay, let's just start with how I got a bunny in the first place.MyEm0.Com

So, a few months earlier, I went shopping with some friends (Ziha n Umi, to be specific) Well, I'm supposed to buy anything useful to bring to UK, like shoes, bags, shirts, knife ect, ect.
However, we walked past a
pet shop which.. something I should never do again in the future, forsho!
MyEm0.Com
My heart blossomed like Rafflesia seeing the little animals.. soo cute and clever that
it wouldn't be
normal to NOT buy them..
(MyEm0.Comokay, that was crap!)
So, there was this little cutie bunny that I find oh-so adorable, MyEm0.Com
There's no way I would leave the shop without buying her!!

The price of this bunny is equal to a price of 6 hamsters, but I can afford it, as long as I don't buy other things.
So, without thinking so much,
(my mistake, I never think) I bought the baby bunny, and the shoes, the bag and the shirts that I SUPPOSED to buy? Well, it's called sacrifice and don't think my
mother would be mad at me for not buying those things, I mean, a bunny's life is much more precious than all those materialistic junks!MyEm0.Com

So, I managed to bring the bunny home without my friend's knowing it.
Amazingly, they didn't seem to be curious about the box I've been holding all the way back home.
MyEm0.ComBut they did ask what was in the box and I said it just a thing for my hamster, and they never asked anything again eventhough they did see a pack of rabbit's food beside the box.
Btw, our journey back home was rough, we missed the bus and we have to take a taxi, a bus and a taxi again.
I think the bunny is dying in the box at that moment.
MyEm0.Com

At home...

So, my mum was pretty sure that I bought a pair of shoes when she saw the box and...imagine how surprised she was when a bunny pops ou
t! MyEm0.ComTADAAA!!

MyEm0.Com(geez..sound like a magic show)

so, everyone was a bit surprised but my mom seems to be okay with it - or was she just pretending to be okay...?
MyEm0.Com

Actually, my mom loves animals as much as I do. But, at the moment we have two hamsters, a cat and a kitten to look after for and my sisters all busy with school and me leaving home in a few months so pretty much means that she's the one who will have to look after all o
ur pets..
so.. yeah, and me suddenly bringing home a bunny.. so not a good idea..
MyEm0.Com

(mumbling mode)

oh, btw, I called her Poppy ^^ nothing special behind the name, I just dunno if she's a girl or a boy, and still not very sure until now, come on,,it's not as obvious as cats, ya' know what i mean- but just assume that she's a girl. So, 'Poppy' doesn't sound like girly or boyly.. just something in the 'middle'.. wait, what the heck is that supposed to mean?? well, we have other name for her like my lil sis called her Khushboo -like seriously? that is absolute HIDEOUS name for a living thing!
It took me days to find the right name, imagine if I have to choose a name for my first newborn baby... tough job!

This is Poppy, so cute so photogenic, she wins all the hearts of my Facebook's friends.. but guys, remember this is BABY Poppy.

How am I supposed to know that she's a baby?? the salesgirl in the petshop told me that this rabbit won't grow anymore. So, I assume that she's a small dwarf rabbit. Though it was weird that she's so soft, so kind, so quite.. like you know, babies normally.

and she peed like almost anywhere in our house, even on me! and she poops like she's a poo machine or what.. !MyEm0.Com I had to sweep my house billion times a day.. which wasn't supposed to be a bad thing actually.MyEm0.Com

when she was just a baby, she give no big troubles to us. But amazingly she grows up like crazy in just a month and cause a bit tiny winy.. 'chaos' in our house...MyEm0.Com

in the next post, I'll tell what exactly she did and how she looks like~ all grown up.

~XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX~
